Rules & Regs

To enter the Empowered Nutrition Transformation Challenge you will need to adhere to a few Rules & Regulations in order to be eligible and WIN!

First you will need to understand that this is going to be a powerful challenge and it is a panel based challenge champions program.  That means your B&A’s in this challenge will be voted on the winners by a panel of both Empowered Nutrition and third party professionals.  Now for the details and specs.

First thing we need to point out is you do need to be on or using either an Empowered Personalized Nutrition Program or Empowered Nutrition Products.

If you are using an exceptional training program please let us know.  We will contact and plug a promotion, possibly and interview and link to that professional or program.

You CAN compete in the Empowered Transformation Challenge and another challenge at the same time.  Its not an issue to us, but it might be to the other company so check the rules and regulations on their sites.

RULES:

what rules…this is panel based program…if you look good (well bad) in your before shots and look great in your after shots, it is most likely that you will win as a professional panel will vote for you.  There is always a chance that a competitor may stack the deck with friends and family votes (ahem…american idol), but that is why in order to provide a professional awarding system and avoid those probles we opted for both an Empowered Nutrition and third party judging panel.

RULE #1: ONLY Participating Members can submit B&A’s.

RULE #2: You must submit a BEFORE picture and measurements with a Newspaper containing the date of your before picture dated anytime you start your challenge.  Simply email the file (check the Before&After page for details of the submissions) to challenge@empowerednutrition.com

RULE #3: You must submit an AFTER photo and measurements with a Newspaper containing the date on or before the end of that challenge. Remember you can enter every challenge every month or each 12 and 8 week challenge.  IF for any reason you fail to succeed in completing a challenge you can easily recoup, get back on track and enter the next challenge.  Simply email the file to challenge@empowerednutrition.com

RULE #4: Any doctored or digitally modified submissions will be disqualified (not to mention your peers will know it and so will the judging panel)  However fun and obvious stretched truth photos for fun are more than welcome fro amusement purposes.  We thank you in advance for these.

RULE #5: You can only vote once.  We will arrive at a winner based on total tally of votes for top male and top female voted transformations.

REGULATIONS for SUBMISSIONS:

(you already have this in your email, but here it is to be sure)

The basis of the challenge is to make a difference in as little time possible. No matter your goals, it is simply based on total change in one of our challenges:

12 week Meltdowns
8 week Burns
30 day Challenges (monthly programs)

As outlined in your Empowered Transformation Guide you will need to provide a set of before and after pictures. The following poses are required for each before and after set (*relaxed refers to slightly flexed for this purpose of course):

  1. front, arms down, relaxed
  2. back, arms down, relaxed
  3. side, arms down, relaxed
  4. flexed, any flexed pose you wish – must be same pose in your after photos

At least one of your before and one of your after images must have a current paper with the “today’s date” the date in which you start your program and take your photos. “Doctored” or manipulated photos will be disqualified, did we mention that already.  Obviously doctored photos will be used for fun.

You will need to submit your measurements as well as a short blurb or diary on your transformation doesn’t have to be long or short, it entirely up to you.

MEASUREMENTS REQUIRED:

  1. Weight:
  2. Height:
  3. Body Fat %:
  4. Neck
  5. Shoulders (at widest)
  6. Waist (at belly button)
  7. Optional - Arms (R/L)
  8. Optional - Thigh (R/L)
  9. Optional - Calf (R/L)

It is highly recommended that you use an outfit that is similar in both the before and after shots otherwise it may be difficult to judge your improvement.

An example for men is: Black shorts, no top, no shoes or socks, no hat (or one that you have a similar smaller and possibly snugger version of so they don’t fall off in the after shots)

An example for women is: dark or light bikini or sports bra and shorts (or one that you have a similar smaller and possibly snugger version of so they don’t fall off in the after shots)

Suggestions for your worst before shot is to use a super bright light front on and overhead to wash out your details, no tan or oils. Don’t distend your gut it is too obvious these days and everyone can tell. Just be you as you are today. Be sure to take your before picture against a wall that is plain white or a single color and no obstructions behind it. Trust me it makes the before worse and the after amazing.

Suggestions for your best after shot will be detailed later in the challenge around week 7, but include, tanning, smaller similar outfit to your original and some practice posing. I will send you more as we progress, but for now keep those things in mind.

OK now it is time to get started. If you are already using Empowered Personalized Nutrition Program or supplements, let us know which ones when you submit your results in a simple word document. Don’t worry they don’t have to be Empowered Nutrition Products, but to be honest we really would like at least some honorable mention in your transformation and you MUST be using one of our programs or products.
