The 12 and 8 week Transformation Challenges will take place 4 times per year.  We will also be implementing a program to help more people win more often with our monthly 30 Day Challenges.

You will need to read the RULES & REGULATIONS and REGISTER to get your access codes and weekly emails to participate in the challenge.  You must also provide at the beginning as part of your application your BEFORE image and measurements (send to: challenge@empowerednutrition.com) and in order to win you will need to submit both your BEFORE & AFTER images with measurements in order to compete for the VACATIONS, CASH and PRIZES.

This is a panel based Transformation Challenge.  All competitors are judged by a mixed panel of Empowered Nutriton Team and a third party judging panel of unbiased professionals.  It saves the opinion of biased or stacked committees and decisions and the need for a third party organization to award the prizes and announce winners has proven a powerful tool.
